Processes can be complex. Let transopt optimise them.
Every business is different. Transopt works alongside you to identify the bottlenecks limiting your growth, then designs the right plan and approach to maximise your efficiency.
We believe transparency is the key to successful collaboration. That's why we listen, explain and justify every step and decision before implementing a solution.
Transopt is led by Haris Ballis, PhD.
A Civil Engineer by training, Haris holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, an MSc in Transport & Business Management from Imperial College London, and a PhD in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Cyprus. Over 10+ years he has worked across transportation engineering, operations research, geospatial analysis and software engineering — combining rigorous modelling with hands-on software development.
That combination shows up in the work: Digital Twins for major UK rail stations, AI-driven disruption-recovery tools, and infrastructure-resilience platforms built for national agencies and international institutions. Transopt exists to bring that same blend of transport-modelling depth and software engineering discipline to every client.
Based in Athens, Transopt takes on projects both within Greece and internationally.
